Concept of CDI Medical： Hospital/ Medical Institution
At CDI Medical, we believe that all functions (organization, personnel, operations, finance, and systems) necessary for organizational management are mutually related when formulating and executing strategies for hospitals and medical institutions. Hospital Management Improvement: Approaches to Implement Improvement Measures
To ensure the effectiveness and feasibility of improvement measures, it is necessary to convince doctors and other field staff and take concrete actions. At CDI Medical, when implementing improvement measures, we will form a cross-functional team (subcommittee), participate as a member of the team, collaborate with field staff, and accompany the "first week" of the PDCA cycle.
