Concept of CDI Medical: Hospital/ Medical Institution
At CDI Medical, we believe that all functions (organization, personnel, operations, finance, and systems) necessary for organizational management are mutually related when formulating and executing strategies for hospitals and medical institutions. To ensure the effectiveness and feasibility of improvement measures, it is necessary to convince doctors and other field staff and take concrete actions.
